You are being offered this metitation so you can experience the freedom of a still mind, free of stress, tension and worries.

When you finish reading these words, close your eyes for a few seconds and become aware of the forms of light that you see in your mind. As you do this, your eyes rest and you enjoy a relaxing break from the visual demands of everyday life.

When you open your eyes, imagine that you are seeing the world in front of you for the very first time.
