Diet and Exercise
Do you feel pressure to be slim and believe ideals about beauty centering on slenderness.
By allowing ourselves to believe we should be thin we place pressure on ourselves and our bodies with unhealthy diets.
When we deprive the body of fuel, it reacts by lowering its own metabolism, often lingering long after any diet is complete. So begins a cycle of putting excess and extra weight back on to our bodies, with a slow metabolism, as we return to former eating habits. An unhappy relationship to food sounding and becoming extreme.

The simple answer is to stop dieting, take more exercise and establish a healthy eating pattern.

Imagine Nature
Essentially we belong to nature. The body knows this belonging and desires it. It does not exile us either spiritually or emotionally. Imagination is nature to this rhythm, committed to the justness of wholeness. Human presense is infused with landscapes like the complexities of an individual.

Breathe Deeply
Stand up, take a deep breath and have a really good stretch. Standing on tiptoes, make yourself as tall as possible with your hands reaching up to the sky and your fingers splayed.
Breathe out slowly.
